We had a wonderful stay at Premium Tower Suites. the apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen that was a nice alternative to a regular hotel room. the room itself was comfortable and secure, and we appreciated the breathtaking views of the city and Andes from the top floor. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the breakfast on the 14th floor was delicious and offered a great variety of high-quality options. the convenient downtown location made it easy to explore the area. a great experience!
Nothing, everything was excellent! 👍.

Location fabulous. Room was nice. Service good... Breakfast good. Overall great experience.
There is smoking allowed just about everywhere, so even if your room is non smoking, you will be smelling your neighbors smoking in the hallway, next door... this is hard to deal with for a non-smoker. A simple solution is a non smoking floor...

Super location. large rooms. Wooden floors. view. Nice staff. Flexible mindset.
The card coder for accessing the rooms did not work. thus unable to get the room, we had to await the staff waking up the guy whom could reset the card coder. However they worked as fast as possible to solve it for us, and we waited for less than an hour.(with a baby that is a long time at 3am at night). for a suite with a complete kitchen i wonder why there was no trashcan except in the toilet ? Had to ask to get the minibar installed. supposed to be a non smoking hotel. it was not and it was very annoying & staff did not handle the complain.

We stayed in a spacious family suite with comfortable beds and stylish furnishings. The terrace at the top floor offers a stunning view, and the buffet breakfast is delicious and varied. The hotel is centrally located and close to everything. Air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar make the rooms even more comfortable. The staff here are friendly and attentive, and the Wi-Fi in the rooms works perfectly. We highly recommend this hotel to all.

The room was very comfortable and the hotel restaurant had gorgeous views. The location was perfect - half a block from Plaza Espana and two to Plaza de Independencia. It was very easy to find taxis or remises.
The staff tried to be helpful but sometimes there were miscommunications or no communication between shifts, and some of our requests went unfilled. Only 1 person on the staff reliably spoke English. Also, for 2 days our key cards stopped working every time we tried to get back into our room.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The view of the Andes from the top floor restaurante is fabulous.
The swimming pool is out of order and the hotel needs more care to keep it in top shape.

Great location! Just a stone's throw away from a plethora of restaurants and shops. Easy to catch a taxi when needed. the room was spacious, clean and had an adequate bathroom. the staff members were all very friendly and helpful. the wifi worked well, albeit on the floor where my room was located.
The breakfast was a nightmare. Limited options, and they always seemed to be running out of tables, cutlery, and plates.

Location is very convenient. Price was reasonable. Front desk and restaurant staff were extremely helpful and kind.
Could be cleaner. The shower curtain was really dirty and we had to repeatedly ask for hand towels for the bathroom as the cleaning staff either gave us one hand towel or one shower rug but apparently we did not seem to deserve both...

Breakfast was served on the 14th floor and it has fabulous views of the snow peak mountains. It is also ideally located near Piaza Independenza and is central to the local city centre. My room on the 11th floor was very spacious and it also had a kitchette which was very functional. The staff were also very efficient and polite. Wi Fi also worked very well and included in the price. I highly recommend this place.

We loved this hotel! The suite was bright and spacious, with a comfortable living area and bedroom. The breakfast was amazing, with a fine view, and lots of tasty and varied options. We also appreciated the parking facilities and friendly staff. This hotel is in a great location, close to several restaurants and bars, and near everything that we wanted to see.
Nothing, all great!

They are very nice apartments very well located. The best: the 14th floor where you have the breakfast, you have amazing sights of the mountains and that restaurant also serves excellent menues for lunch and dinner.

Apartment was spacious and nice view (11th floor). Beds were comfortable. WI-FI was used successfully in the room both with laptop and Android mobile. Room was furnished good enough for two persons and also kitchen had choice of plates, glasses, etc. Also functioning mini bar. Bathroom was clean and functioning even though shower handling a bit tricky. Views in the 14th floor restaurant.
Noise from corridor and other apartments due no noise resistance in the walls and doors (apartment could be connected to another apartment via door). Only one small garbage bin in the apartment (plus another one in the bathroom). There was no rack for jackets or stand for shoes by the door. Bedlinen was worn out. Elevators were not any type of quality and had mind of their own regardless of user input (long waiting time periodically and jump up and down even if you wished to go down...). Restaurant in 14th floor has excellent views over the city and fairly good breakfast, but do not bother for dinner as restaurant menu and food is not so good.
